If I need to take backup from another cf card by using reader card

What ineed to download first until ican copy backup and download again to another cf card(CF V4.8)

1-can i make copy from cf to another cf?

2-if ihave com led ok and ready led flash by green led 2hz   that mean cu is ready for operation beacuse i checked on starter no error on cu and send ok ?

3-can idownload the backup for cf by starter software because isee simotion has option to download. For cf backup ?
