Hello everyone,

I am the asset manager for the Building Management System (BMS) at a large university in the Netherlands.

Within our Desigo CC system (approximately 50,000 data points), all alarm classes and alarm functionalities of all potential alarms need to be reviewed by various team members. To do this, we need an export of all data points that are configured as alarms or notifications, so we can prepare and involve the right people in the review process.

Is it possible to generate such an overview using the Reports Builder, or is there another method to achieve this? I’ve already tried several options within the Reports Builder, but I haven’t been able to produce a clear report that includes these specific properties—though that may be due to my limited experience with it.

Hopefully, someone can point me in the right direction!

You can use the available report templates in DesigoCC to see this and export in PDF or Excel

Thanks for your helpful reply. It took me a while, but i got what i needed in the reports app! I still have 1 probleem though. After running the report, i can export the report as pdf file, but the excel button is greyed out. Converting the pdf to excel/csv doesnt result in the right presentation of the data, so i really need the excel export . Do you know why the excel option is not available?

You must have Excel installed.

In the report you can also define an output file and location. There you can set the output to a csv file. You need however to make a reaction which can automatic create the report you want. This reaction can be triggered bij hand. The csv file will be at your defined  output location. It a bit more work but then you do not have to install excel.

And as a further input you dont really need to make a reaction. You can go to the properties section and choose run to create the excel when you have created your output destionation in the report.
