Hello, What is the fault code your receiving form drive? as you said you have disabled temperature check for motor But due to high frequency even power module can get over temperature fualt... unfortunately there is no fault code in your post Maybe attached document can help little AttachmentInverter temperature monitoring.pdf (341 Downloads) |

Hello vidhyadaran_192006, From your description it looks like, the motors are third party induction motors, i.e. non-Siemens make motors. When no temp sensor is connected, set p0600 & p0601 = 1. In case of induction motors, please set parameters as below so that motor thermal protection (based on motor data calculation & not actual motor measured) is set which is based on various measured signals like, current, speed, flux etc. etc. P0612.1 = 1 Thermal motor model 2 activated P0612.9 = 1 Extention which increases accuracy of motor model. P0625 = Motor ambient temp = 45 Deg centigrade P0626 = 50 K default value defines overtemp of stator iron over ambient temp. P0627 = Defines rated overtemp of stator winding over ambient temp P0628 = Defines rated overtemp of rotor over ambient temp Check below values in drive parameter & confirm. r0630 - ambient temp of motor model r0631 – stator iron temp of motor model r0632 – stator winding temp of motor model r0633 – rotor temp of motor model. If anyone of above parameter displays abnormal value, then you need to check motor data entered. Also hope you must have conducted one button tuning during commissioning, which sets most of parameters e.g. like, resistance, impedance etc. etc. P.S. - When you set bit 1 & 9 - NO (I guess of P0612 -this setting deactivates induction motor thermal protection. |
