Am experiencing a fault code F7902 (motor stalled) .On no load the fault code is not appearing its working perfectly fine but when lifting or lowering with the load its tripping on faulty code F7902, please assist what could be the problem? Motor is coupled to the gear box for overhead crane hoist motion and thruster brake. Sinamics drive G120.

Check the encoder and feed back part in the drive. Again are the brakes releasing??
