AdamDC Joined: 11/28/2022 Last visit: 8/14/2025 Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Hi, i need help ! ;) I want to simulate a project but my problem is that i can simulate my PLC and my HMI but i cannot make them communicate together. I use PLCSIM Advanced V6.0 and Wincc Confort v19. And in my Runtime Manager, there is a general error and i don't know what does it mean ! Thx for your help ! ElonksuM_SN_BN Regular Expert Joined: 5/6/2022 Last visit: 7/10/2025 Posts: 589 Rating: (123)	Hi AdamDC, In this case, I recommend you to check the following: 1) Start the Task Manager -> Services. 2) Check if the service "WCCILScsService" has been started -> If not, please start it -> If yes, stop this service and then start it again. In principle this is usually the main problem. However, can you tell us if you are working on a domain, has it ever worked correctly or has it never worked at all? Best regards!

The service "WCCILScsService" was already started, i stopped it and then restarted it but i still have the same issue. Yes i'm working on a domain, and this is the first time we want to use unified.

Why is there no message with the error ? "General Error" doesn't mean anything ... I tried some much things but nothing changed. Thx for your answer !
