Your current description sounds like you are using the wrong device. Storing the logs on the local C: drive is only possible for a WinCC Unified PC Runtime. A WinCC Unified Basic or a WinCC Unified Comfort Panel does not have a C: drive. And in order to protect the internal memory from damage due to a high write volume, these devices only allow external storage media. Kind regards Stefan
