inoxgan Posts: 20 Rating: (2)	Hello to all, I can access Logo! 8 web server using any browser BUT when i use Iphone or Ipad Safari (Ios7) i only get a blank page. Pls any help? Iwill keep my LOGO! 8 online at 80.86.151.7 so anyone can do a test. pls don't mess it up!

inoxgan Posts: 20 Rating: (2)	Yes i set up a password for some security. I did already many test with MS Explorer, Samsung Galaxy 5, Blackberry Q10 and everything work! But with Iphone and Ipad on IOS7 i only get a blank page. I will be grateful if anyone will try with iphone or ipad under IOS7 and IOS8. thanks

Helmut_13 Posts: 2930 Rating: (432)	Hi, i have got two colleagues with iPhones. One has iOS7 the other iOS8. Both iPhones show your login page. But at each one it didn't work the first time. With the iOS7 we had to "clean" the pictures from the old visitet sites. With the iOS8 we had to open Google (to check if the Internet connection is working), then it works. Here a picture from the iOS7 iPhone So it works well. Try first if Internet works, then your LOGO! page. Clean your old visited pages, try again. Maybee you hafe to delete the cookies and try again. inoxgan Posts: 20 Rating: (2)	Mistery totally solved. you have to allow cookies, delete image caches, delete visited pages, check internet connection AND NOT USE "private browsing" (don't know exactly because i have the italian version that say "navigazione privata").
