Also please tell me how to Program Master Drive for speed variatin with the joystick on profibus. i.e. my joystick and Master Drive both are Profibus nodes. so through PLC how to program so that when i move my joystick on profibus that speed should vary.

Hello anshul:
First the part number you mwention is not quite right. Look at the following:

Here is some information you could look at also:

The required Profibus interface: CBP2(part no, 6SX7010-0FF05)

The GSD file for CBP2 isinserted in Step 7 HWConfig editor only after installation of the Drive-ES Basic package:

nhdrives Experienced Member Joined: 3/29/2006 Last visit: 5/29/2017 Posts: 151 Rating: (8)	For all Masterdrives 6SE70, all DC-Master 6RA70 and some other ones, too, there is only one GSD file, because for all Masterdrives... there is only one CommBoardProfibus CBPx (old CBP 6SE7090-0XX84-0FF0, new CBP2 6SE7090-0XX84-0FF5), or 6SX7010-0FF00 / 6SX7010-0FF05. You can find this selection in the standard hardware-catalogue in STEP 7; see attachment. The right one is "MASTERDRIVES / DC Master CBPx". The ident-no. is SIEM8045 The additional yellow boxes are from option-package DriveES Basic. These selections are NOT provided by gsd-files, but by object-managers, provided through installation of DriveES Basic. Attachment MD DC DES_Hardware.zip (365 Downloads)
