Hi, you would need to verify the 400VAC supply remains stable to this drive.

Also, this drive is in overload at a current of 81A. This is normally not a problem if the overloads are small or short duration to cater for load variation.

So in summary,

1/. The voltage supply to the drive may be unstable.

2/. The DC Link voltage is being dragged down to compensate for overload current.

Hi all,

I have one doubt about Bus Vcc, This VFD is mounted in a tube trailer and the inverter sometimes is working at Bus Vcc 538V and the current is 67A, and other times is working with Bus Vcc 482 and current 81A.

What is the cause of variation of the Bus Vcc?
