Hi, As you can start the drive via bop the drive is fine.to run the drive via DCS you need to configure the drive as per requirement(hardware or profibus),there must be some hardware related problem check cabling etc.if the drive is connented via profibus check the profibus connector. what is Qman Status where you are having this message in the drive or in plc?

lokesh.dee Posts: 16 Rating: (0)	Thank you Ashutosh We have profibus communication and we are able to see parameters of the drive in DCS.communication seems to be good but it is not getting on from dcs. Qman we can see in parameter list of particuler drive on DCS.

lokesh.dee Posts: 16 Rating: (0)	hi we have used profibus to download new program to same drive it was done and p1000 is set to 6 (CB on com link/ 2 analog setpoint/2 analog setpoint respectively for 1000(0)/1000(1)/1000(2) we have compared the parameters with other same capacity drive with us which working throgh dcs QMAN is set for 1 and ssame qman is set for 0 in faulty drive. whay this q man shows 0???

Hello, To control MM4 via profibus, P0700=6 & P1000 = 6. It's ok with you. Your Question about QMAN, It's not related to MM4 parameters. It seems to be related to software parogramming of your PLC or PCS7. I guess it's related to a function you use in CFC of PCS7. In any case, please have a snapshots of this function in monitoring mode in order to investigate where is the problem or press F1 to see what conditions should be fullfilled to energize QMAN. Hope this helps.
