Hello, This error is triggered if load missing as per the MM4 manual. Load Missingterm can be controlled using P2179 "Current Limit for no load ident." The default value of this parameter is 3 %. and also P2180 "Load Missing Delay" in milli-sec. The default value of this parameter is 2000 ms. Which means that in case of using default value. If you start drive operation, Pulses will be enabled, if the output current is bellow 3% (default of P2179) of rated motor current as per (P0305)for a period of 2 sec. (default of P2180), the drive will stop with message A0922. You can increase P2180 or decrease P2179 to zero to avoid appearing of this message but I never did as I it is not necessary. Why you would like to keep drive running with no load connected to its output?! In any case please have a look on page 131 of thismanual. Hope this helps.

300 Hz and 18000 rpm are not commonly used values. Are these values taken from motor's nameplate? |
