Hi there,

I have the same problem and without any reason panel gone to Secure Mode (MP377).

I have original project and even Password list that I was using in the past 12 years on this panel but none of them were accepted by HMI.

I downloaded the project again (by mouse help to click on Transfer Mode) but still in Secure Mode!!!

I upgraded the OS then downloaded the project... Now is out of secure Mode but Touch Screen not working!!!

I do not know any situation in which a Panel activated aoutomaticlly the secure mode??

You always have to activate it manually.

If you have  forgotten the Passsword then you can do a OS Update. then the Passwort and the secure Mode will be deactivated (overwritten)
