i'm Luca, an italian student.

i'm trying to use a Logo 24RC.

so, i wrote a simple program on Soft Control V8, after the simulation i tried to transfer the program with PC > Logo!.

and it didn't work, so the error, that i leave here the screen but it's in italian, translated is :"cannot perform the transfer because the name.family.hardware conneted is not compatible. to determine which devices you can use for this program, see the select devices dialog box "

I tried to see if the are other option in this dialog box but there is only the Logo 24, other functions like switch from STOP to RUN mode work with PC.

Is there any problem with the program?

thanks, so i have the V8 of soft confort, but i tried withe V7, too

the Logo is 0BA6, i don't know if is the standard versione or the other version inside the folder 0BA6.

with the version 7 the function pc to Logo starts, but when arrives at 11% the software will close o all blocked

i leave some capture with the steps, after the start of down-loading the software still at the same % without any progress.

yes, it' a cable from Logo! Rs232 to usb, inside the box there was the cd with drivers, too

on the cable there is written "Siemens"
