Problem with Web Navigator after upgrading from PCS7 7.0 to PCS7 7.0 SP2

BruceyMc Advanced Member Joined: 10/17/2006 Last visit: 1/7/2025 Posts: 17 Rating: (0)	Hi We have recently upgraded a PCS7 7.0 to 7.0 SP2 and since then whenever any web user clients try to connect to the Web Navigator Server it says that the software needs to be updated but will not install or try to do anything. I have installed it manually using the install DVD but when it tries to connect to the server it gives a COLA_LIBRARY_X.xml error or something. The Internet Explorer also shows errors on page in the bottom left corner. I'm guessing this may be a Microsoft problem. Anybody suffered the same fate as me? Regards Bruce

zerepegro Posts: 183 Rating: (8)	I assume that you did through the PCS7 DVD but: Did you install the Web Navigator from the DVD common menu of PCS7 or from the Web Navigator Setup application?
