The second file (TELE0956.GSD) is for an ATV 71 Profibus interface VW3A3307, here is Schneider's explanation:

As you can see, the name of the file varies depending on the source or the version you are looking at in Schneider's database, which can be frustrating at times. It would be easier to tell us what hardware  your first file (BLS70746.GSD) is related to, as it does not appear on any thread in Schneider support.

We can perhaps do a better search with the model number of the unit.
