First I will try to explain my HW.
Sinamics G120  connected to profibus master system with PLC 417H, Eng.Station-PG is  connected to PLC 417H through MPI network using CP 5611

Sinamics G120 gets setpoint value from master-PLC and both are online.

So Sinamics G120 is visible through PLC node

I have already managed routing connection in Starter with needed G120. It is possible to get online connection and see its parameters.

But is it safe to use it?

Recommended way of connection is direct profibus connection to FD

It selected needed target system in Starter using S7Online, which is already set in PG/PC interface. It works. Connection estabilished. 

PG/PC interface is 5611 Сard. It is in MPI Network

I will try to explain

Today we made one successfull attempt to connect to first amount (2) of target systems

It was fine. We saw parameters. And we did no operations. Just online/offline

We made second successfull attempt to connect to second amount (3) of target systems

It was fine. We saw parameters. And we did no operations. Just online/offline

I disconnected from Starter, closed the window. Everything worked

But! Suddenly one of G120 stopped with F1601 fault code!

Couple of minutes passed and we got the second fault on another node!

Just two FD's. But it was very harmful experience.

I have corrected the error number. It is F1601

Unfortunately we haven't actual info about r0949

FD was restarted immediately because it is not supposed to stop when process runs.

Now it is 0 in this parameter

FD runs immediately without faults after restart and disconnection of power line.

I dont think that we have problem with cable connections.

Possibly there can be some EMC interferences.

It's hard to say

I noticed that H-system called OB-83 for Y-link module 

It said: module inserted, but wrong module type

But it happened when FD was already stopped by fault I think.

After reboot it said :"Module OK" as always

We have another G-120 on this Y-link. We connected to it also in the same time. 

It worked fine without any errors.
