Good morning! I am struggling to fix this issue. I have a 1515F-2PN PLC and an S210 drive with a 1FK2104-4AF0x-xMxx motor, using TIA Portal V17. I configured the IRT connection as per the attached settings and checked them multiple times. I'm using standard telegram 105. I also tried telegram 5, but there was no change. I experimented with various combinations of values for the TX interval and multiplier factor. I disabled the automatic Ti/To values and set them manually to 1 ms and then to 3 ms. I also tried replacing the cables with Cat6 ones and tested both ports of the PLC (X1P1 and X1P2). This link mentions "The sign-of-life bit in the receive telegram is not set." However, I can't find a step-by-step guide explaining how to do so. I have never needed to modify a standard telegram so far, so I am unsure how to proceed in this case or if this is the fix I am looking for. I also monitored drive parameter 2050[3], and it changes periodically as expected (link). I read the online guide for drive parameters, but it wasn’t helpful. I searched online and went through almost all the relevant forum topics, but I still can't find a solution. If you could provide me with any hints, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you and best regards! |
