I think you have running good machine for long time. think why these alarm happen. I think they are NC programming problem. think you use some new NC program for new parts? W axis --you may have 2nd spindle --it is following spindle? these 2 alarm all related to your W axis

 We should talk at the same page, I suggest you from your alarms,that your W axis as your spindle (1 or 2" ) but you talk about "lower revolver" --I don't know what is that .

and you don't answer my question--did you recently run the new CNC program?

Thanks for the guide, I'll look into the problem. I noticed that when the machine door is open, the spindle rotates freely by hand, but as soon as the door is closed, it locks. It seems that there is a problem with the hydraulics. And there is another problem. The lower revolver does not determine the position. When testing (in the photo, the lower 3 buttons on the right, turret 2), it simply rotates continuously and the tool number does not change. But the upper revolver rotates as it should. One press, the next tool. What could be the problem?

 I am not machine manufacturer --in this situation you need contact machine builder or find their op, manual--I only know 840D system, NO one than you to under stand your machine operation.

Sorry for the confusion. Actually, I have several problems. Let's start with the first and most basic one - it's the spindle, which starts to rotate and stops when it starts. (command M3S100). Why can this happen? Regarding starting a new program - we haven't started anything. We bought the machine and are trying to get it into working condition.
