Im using Sinamics S120 using torque control, limit the current limit P640. Master motor 188A 1000rpm and Slave motor 78A 986rpm. Using load sharing 33%, current 62A and 27A. The torque is 52Nm and 51Nm running with 250m/min. The problem is when I increase the speed to 260m/min, the slave motor torque reduce to zero. There is still have output current. Refer to torque setpoint it show torque limit reach, but actually the P1520 set 554Nm but why it show torque limit active? Refer to the attachment file, the torque demand only 140.21Nm. If the torque is zero but the output current still maintain, does the load still sharing between two motor? I still need to increase the speed to 500m/min. The current limit actually is 24.5A, but the current at 240 m/min start to increase to 27A. Why the output current will still increasing if I limit the current limit to 24.5A?
