Hi All,

We have an issue in our Sinamics drive, the problem is when we try to start the motor, there are two types of fault was generate at the same time. This is "F30002 - Power unit: DC link voltage, overvoltage" and "F30003 - Power unit: DC link voltage, undervoltage". 

We are wandering on why this two alarm appears at the same time because it is inside the maximum and minimum limit of DC link voltage which is good.

Another information is DC link voltage (min) is 411V and DC link voltage (max) is 756V and the actual value of DC link voltage is 592.8V. 

P210 = 440V our set value for input voltage (see in attached file)

We try to change the P210 set value from 460V and 400V but same problem existed. Another is, it is operational before and no change in our phasing sequence. 

We want to know if there is another parameters need to adjust in our drive or if our drive was completely damage?

What is LED status on CU?

 It was blinking red and you can reset it when the fault F30002 and F30003 appears. But when you try to switch ON again the motor, in a matter of seconds fault will appear.

Either the compact card is corrupted or CU is faulty. If you have spare CU unit try by replacing it.

For your information, CU is good and functional because we have decided to replace a new power module and original CU was kept and used again.
