Hi,

i am running simanc G150 AC DRIVE  in auto mode ,suddenly when changing over from main power supply to generator supply it trips and fault:1370 pops up stating motor stalled .

any clew about this fault and how to solve it and what parameter to change .

i searched in the manual but i didnt find anything.

Which is type of motor? Have you checked points in earlier reply by member Drives_Coach.

How you change over drive input supply? i.e. when motor is in running state or in OFF state?

Check motor supply (single phasing), encoder cables, etc.etc.

Hello,

did you try automatic restart (p1210) and flying restart (p1200)?

With automatic restart you can cover brief power line supply failures with automatic fault acknowledge. And flying restart can "catch" motor again and return it to required speed.
