Sinamics G150 tripping on F30022 PM: Monitoring U_ce

It has been frequently tripping on fault F30022 "PM: Monitoring U_ce". Parameter r0949[0] shows 1. What could be the cause of the problem? Please help. Attachment SCHWP 7 Fault.PNG (515 Downloads)
