speed reduction problem at MC drive

starsina Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Dear collegues, I have a problem at MC drive 6SE7021-0EP70-Z. That convereter drives a 1FW3150 serie torque motor which coupling with a roll. The problem is while line is running with 500m/s, because of the process requiriment another roll get pressed to it, and at that time MC convereter output frequency is reducing and roll speed becames nearly 200-250m/s. This speed reduction directly effects the production quality. It might be torque limitation which cause the reduction of output frequency of the MC drive. How can I solve that unwanted speed variation. Parameter file of MC Drive is at the attachment for your opinion. Regards Attachment MC.zip (287 Downloads)

Ahmed Experienced Member Joined: 2/20/2007 Last visit: 11/19/2024 Posts: 122 Rating: (2)	Hello Monitor the motor torque of the drive and if possible increase the torque limits of the drive depending on the rating and duty cycle of motor. You canincrease torque limits in parameter P 492 for positive torque limit and P498 for negative torque limit. Regards, Ahmed
