hi.im work on sts cran.this cran have 2 motors and controled with vector control masterdrive .1 of this motor when rotat slowely have vibrashion and very noisy.we change the motor together.but not correct.(whit this test realy we check encoder so)and we replace igbt in 2 phase with the other inverter.but not fixed.we change all board include cuvc and ivi and power board and t300 board but not fixed this problem.i think my ct and fibr optic is ok but i didnt check there.plz guid me.when i check phase whit earth that is 800k ohm and 5 min later i chack that it is 200 kohm .i mixed up and dont know how fix this problem.this drive is 710kw for each motors.when crane work for 1 hours f011 comes and remove whit fualt reset.
the other crane in this port this problem same as.in this crane when release the joystick and motor come stop vibration hard.anddont have any fualt in pmu.in this crane we chang the motor but our motor is ok.changed the all bord and card but not fixed,in this crane hoist 2 have problem and in first cran hoist 1 have problem.(hoist 1 is master)thanks for your help.bay
