Hi Guys,

We have a problem with a TP900 COMFORT( 6AV2124-0JC01-0AX0). when it connects to profinet network of the machine the screen bug and works slowly .

Maybe it is because it connect to the machine through a profinet network.

In this network we can find:

Scalance XC108 6GK5208-0BA00-2AF2

ET200SP 

3 barcode reader

4 Vision sensor

Strange behaviour. One thing that comes to my mind is exceeding TP900 limits, maybe to many tags, screen, control objects etc..

Therefore I would have a look at the following link and check if your app configuration is below that limits

Maybe a OS update along with a factory reset could also help if there is a FW corruption
