Ok, Let's try When you open Automation License Manager, you have a license for WinCC flexible. You can select this license and with right mousebutton, you will have option to check license. The result must be OK. If the result is 'defective' you should contact Authorisation hotline.  If you open Automation License Manager, you see the license for WinCC flexible. Please check the product name. It can be WinCC flexible Compact for instance. Also check which product WinCC flexible you have installed. (it can be WinCC flexible Standard, for instance) They should both be the same  If they are not: you should deinstall WinCC flexible and install the correct product  Here is a link how to deinstall Siemens software: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/189025 Best regards, Wizard |
