I have S7 -300 installed (Main and redundant) both went in stop mode when the power went off. Tried to run but it did not work.

I checked the diagnostic buffer found one of AI is faulted, I replaced with exactly the same one. so I do not need to change hardware config either the user programme. but when I started again the same fault still exist  ..Kindly see the attached file zip file  for diagnostic buffer 

I really hope someone can help me out, please I am stuck

 Do you have any CP 343 in you hardware configuration? 

Also what is the administrative language of your pc?

Thank you very much for your reply. I was able to sort the problem partially as I had the CPU_A now run, while the CPU B is unreachable - I could not establish a connection. I suspect the Ram is defective - I am happy as the project can be run with one CPU
