6ES7323-1BH01-0AA0  DO/DI module is not working properly with cpu315, this module get signal properly from field but plc can read these signal, also I am forcing DO and DI of this card but on module there is no changes, isa module is faulty or communication between cpu and this module is on fault, 

I checked step 7 hardware,  hardware is same on field or on system then whats is problems?

 Is the external power feed to the input and output area ok?

 yes, are the power supplies connected for the input and output groups?
