I have strong fluctuating value is unstable from 0 to 300 some time up to 400 in AIW0 Chanel input value, i have earthed all components CPU, analog module and mA transmitter.

I'm using EM235 mA input signal.

External filter I have to use or what?

- yes it's cross through some 220 vac power supply for the transmitter .

I recommend again check your current with inserted multimeter for sure. What Ai range you have with sensor? AI is set for 0-20mA range in my opinion so with 4-20mA you can have 4mA value different to 0. Only for sure...

why I have to measure with mA meter!!? the signal is not missing or weak, the signal from transmitter is stable and given from 4 to 20 mA normal, transmitter that I'm using is SI580E SEWHA load cell controller.

when I connect mA meter to analog output for the controller the value was not fluctuating.

by the way I have connected calibrator device given 4-20 mA to the module but still not stable.

ok, you can insert your sensor to next free available AI and check that value. Simply you need check if your module hasn't some failed analog input. You can also try change AI module if you have another free one.

Thank you for your interest, I have supplied the transmitter via UPS as a stabilizer it's damped  the fluctuating near of zero  .
