Presently I'm using Microwin 4.0 SP9 & dealing with  similar problem in EM235 address assignment. Can you please help me how to assign a analo address in EM235 via Microwin and also how to search for the used addresses of EM235 in the logic?

not checked your prj but try look via menu PLC or CPU->Information. You need of course your PLC connected to PG/PC via suitable adapter. There you can easy see assigned addresses with I/O. AIW description point to Analog Input with specific address what you need to check in your code, in some cases some Symbol name can be assigned, check Symbol Table probably.
