Please guide me is 6GK7342-5DA02-0XE0 is 100% compatible with 6GK7342-5DA03-0XE0 & is their any way of Module Replacement without PG that is I want to replace 6GK7342-5DA03-0XE0 with 6GK7342-5DA02-0XE0????

A fast answer: yes it is compatible.

And yes you can insert a new module without changing the HW configuration. But you will not get benefits from all new features in new modules.

have you read that he would replace a new module with a old one?
i think not that this will work

Sorry for misunderstanding.

* If module configured in HW Config. is old module, you can insert physically new module or old module.

* If module configured in HW Config. is new module, you can insert physically only new module.
