We're having trouble with an analog output module wich is used to send a 4 - 20mA signal to a pump. Now is the problem that this output is sending out 24 mA when the pump needs to be fully used. we have already checked the wiring an the programming of the module and everything was fine. This is also a system that has worked before and nothing has changed in the last years.And we already tried replacing the analog output module, but the result stayed the same.

Could this be a problem with the PLC or is this something else.

This is a S7-313 V2.0 CPU with a AO4x12BIT module.

Please send us more information like how it's configured, exact type of card,...

And do you see any errors in the online hardware configuration on this card ?

If so you can check the diagnostics and here some more information about this card (assuming that your card type is : 6ES7332-5HD01-0AB0).
