Merry Christmas to all!! I would appreciate if i have your help on distinguish the sinking/sourcing type of 6ES7-331-1KF02-0AB0). According to my application, a 4-20 mA signal ( a source below 30 VDC is expected) is connected to the Siemens analogue input module and thus i am understanding that we are dealing with a sinking type of channel. In other words and for my troubleshooting purposes, if i want to confirm the normal operation of channel, i would connect my Simulator instrument (fluke) and in sourcing mode to simulate a 4-20 mA signal to the card. It is a critical machinery and i do want to exclude the possibility of damaging the input channel by sourcing 4-20 mA ( instead of simulating - sourcing channel type). How can i identify thought SM331 component datasheet the sinking or sourcing characteristic of my analogue module ; Thank you very much all in advance AttachmentIA140 TRO MONITOR.pdf (692 Downloads) |
