I am Using S7-200 Smart PLC And Scanner (Zebra).i both Check with hyper terminal(RS 232) .its work fine.

But When i connected with  both, it does not work.

pls give better info about problem, what interface type you have on PLC and what is on Scanner. How you did connection between both devices, what configuration?

I am Using S7-200 Smart PLC ST 40 And Signal Module CM01(RS232/RS485).

Scanner Zebra LS 2208. Communication Between PLC to Scanner Via RS 232 .TX,RX, GND.

I am using instruction RCV .it's Work Fine With HYPER TERMINAL.But not Work in PLC. 

RS232 Connection Cross & Straight both i did check .but not Responds.

There are a couple of special memory bytes (SMBs) you should set before executing the RCV instruction. Do you set these SMBs for Freeport mode according to the S7-200 SMART System Manual pages 199~213 (see attached)? There is also an example in the page 212 of this manual.
