I need some help. I usually do image backup from HDD without problems, but, I downloaded some security updates from web site "Windows Update" and nowmy notebook don't enable write any morein the shared directory on "C:\" through DOS.

When I choose the option "connect to network drives", the connection is done. However,after set thelogic drive letter and the directorypath,the system require a password. Then I input the Windowslogon password (like Isuccessfully didbefore upgrades) and the screen shows the message "access denied", and alsoSiemens's password is notaccepted.

Can Ibemaking something wrong on the procedure?
