zero mark of FM357-2

S120 connect a motor with absolute encode (rotary, 512, 1 Vpp, A/B, EnDat, Multiturn 4096(2053),1FK7022-xAK7x-xLxx). and use TM41 connect by drive CLIQ, and TTLencode ofFM357-2 connect to FM357, when I make reference for FM357-2,the zero mark can find but every time is not same time(I use a BERO for FM357-2), the encoder config for FM357-2 is 512, but the TM41 config encode can not set to 512(the minimal is 1000),so I set TM41 encoder setting 1024, so when FM357 search zero mark, the servo motor must rotate more one resolution, it is not big issue, but the issue is why the zero mark of FM357 read is not same position( I set FM357-2 search zero mark after BERO switch)
