Hi, 

for connecting your IOT2020 to your router you either need so set the interface X1 of the IOT2020 to dhcp or to a static IP in the network of your router. 

The PC is also connected to the router via dhcp. 

If you use the IOT2020 with dhcp, you have to find out the IP address which has been assigned to the IOT by the router. That can be done if you open the webinterface of your router and check the connected devices. 

If you use static IP for the IOT2020 you additionally need to manually set the gateway (IP of router) in /etc/network/interfaces and set the DNS server like this:

• unlink /etc/resolv.conf
• nano /etc/resolv.conf
• nano /etc/resolv.conf , and edit the file like this:
  • search example.com
  • nameserver 8.8.8.8
  • nameserver 8.8.4.4
• chattr +i /etc/resolv.conf
