I have went through most of the topics of this section and I couldn't see the answer to my problem.

Here it is : I use  LSC version 8.3 on my laptop (win10) with a Logo device 6ED1052 1FB08 0BA1 

I also use a usb/ethernet adaptator to connect my laptop directly to my Logo device. Of course I have set the correct IP address to be able to communicate with my logo.

Her my problem : I don't know why sometimes but not everytime I cannot connect to my Logo trough the menu Ethernet connection since it is not available ( gray colored). 

2 remarks : during this situation I'am able to ping my logo without any problem, and I'am also able to load a new program to the logo

Do you have any explanation of the Ethernet connection menu unreliable behaviour ?

Yes my logo is directly connected to the PC.

PC address: 192.168.0.2

Logo ip : 192.168.0.4

Subnet for both 255.255.255.0

Logo responds to ping perfectly and ethernet connection stays grey. 

I'am not shure i understood the question

I have set the IP address of this ethernet connection (held by my adapter) manually as 192.168.0.2 through the configuration section of windows.

I noticed something strange : When I lunch LSC without any file opened the ethernet connection is available even with the ethernet cable disconnected !

But when I open a Network project, the ethernet connection menu become grey and sometimes becomes available after some waiting.

I just don't understand this behaviour

I see a Bluetooth connection in the background of your picture. Some users have had problems with this. Deactivate this, reset the computer and try it again. Maybe that's the reason.
