Failed to establish a connection to the device with address

UING Joined: 6/17/2023 Last visit: 8/28/2025 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hello sir, I tried download via Ethernet using TIA Portal V17, but it failed as shown “Failed to establish a connection to the device with address” When try to download via PN/IE, It doesn`t work too. It works fine with another laptop, but not with the one I’m currently using. (this current laptop was able to perform downloads in the past…) I don’t know why this is happening, because I used to download the HMI through Ethernet without any problems I would appreciate your assistance.

Which Settings do you use in the extended download to device? Which Update do you have installed for your v17? Screenshots of the behaviour?
