Assistance Required for Siemens G120 Drive Torque Limit Settings

Dear Siemens Support Team,

I am using a Siemens G120 drive with a 3 kW motor. The current limit is set to 7 amps, and the motor runs normally with a current draw of 3 to 4 amps under typical conditions. However, when a heavy load is applied, the motor current rises to 5 amps, and the torque goes to 12 amp, causing the drive to trip.

I have already set parameterP1520to 45 but the issue persists. Could you please guide me on how to correctly adjust the torque limit settings to prevent tripping during heavy load conditions?

Here are some additional details of my setup:

• Motor power: 3 kW
• Current limit: 7 amps
• Motor running current: 3-4 amps
• Torque at heavy load: 12 amp
• ParameterP1520: 45
