HI, i have a similar question. I wrote my PID in SCL for University purporses, my goal is to compare my PID to PID Compact that is already part of TIA Portal. I found PID parametars using Astrom-Hogglund method too. My question is how to scale PID output to 0-27648 when i don't know limit values that PID calculates. PID calculations limits are totaly stohastic so when i use Normalize block i don't know what are MIN and MAX values. What output from PID is supposed to look like should it go from 0-100 or something like that. Mine output is -3592 now, for example, and it takes completely random values. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
