I can't edit PLC program - Sinumerik 828d

I would like to edit the PLC program, but the "EDIT" button is still inactive. I tried entering the standard passwords "SUNRISE" and "EVINING" but without success, of course also having the RESET channel, it remains inactive. And here is a question for you, is there any way to unlock this button? If so, what? I will add that the service claims that it did not set any password and did not limit this functionality. The manual says: Enabling / locking editing Editing of the PLC project can be enabled or disabled in the following machine data: MD51231 $MN_ENABLE_LADDER_EDITOR (PLC Ladder add-on tool activated for INT100/101) MD51232 $MN_ENABLE_LADDER_EDITOR_ADV (PLC Ladder editor activated for the entire PLC project) In the default setting, both functions are enabled. After contacting the nearby Siemens service, I received information that it was probably blocked by the supplier, but he claims that he did nothing of the sort. Last chance in the program, but I can't find the documentation anywhere. Do you have any other suggestions? Thanks in advance for your answers.
