Ras Sharif Posts: 69 Rating: (0)	Dear All, I should to use of memory card in the S7 1200 project. But the price of 24 MB,6ES7954-8LF01-0AA0, is not suitable. Although it is niticed in the manual that "CPU supports only the pre-formatted SIMATIC memory card", is there a method capable of using of a cheaper memory card? Best Regards, Ras Sharif, M. S.

Hello Ras Sharif yes there are two more cheaper memory card SIMATIC MC 2 MB 6ES7 954-8LB01-0AA0 SIMATIC MC 12 MB 6ES7 954-8LE01-0AA0 but for upgrading thefirmware-version by memery card you must use MC 24 MB with the best regards
