I have a battery powered sensor reporting results to a Logo over WiFi. If I set the software response loop at 500 ms on the sensor, the results read correctly on the Logo. If I extend the loop time to 1 second (to conserve battery power) then the Logo can take quite a while before it sees the data.

Is there somewhere a timeout on the Logo that can be extended to handle a slow response from Modbus? On my PC test software for Modbus I can set a timeout up to 30 seconds, and would like to do the same on the Logo.

Hi,

it depends on the Modbus configuration. If LOGO! is the Modbus Client, then you can configure how often LOGO! should synchronice with the Modbus server.
