A few hours ago, I opened an unread personal message, clicked reply, typed a response, and a reply was sent to the sender.

Is this the same behavior you lost?

@huggy_d1,

the behavior is different. Sometimes you can not answer the first time, then again the second or third time.
The moderation also knows this error and has reported it to the appropriate department.
You can help yourself by using the "Forward" function.

I faced similar problem as explained by ixo65.

Somehow I could able to reply PM.

For me, no button is superimposed with something.

If I click on the answer button, there will be no reaction if the problem occurs. Besides, it is different. Sometimes I can answer 1x, sometimes 2x, sometimes it can be forwarded, sometimes it does not work with forwarding.

This type of problem is more frequent if your PM post box gets full and many people are connected. Best to navigate from the "mySupport" button and not the "Personal messages" link.

Though I retweet what IBN-Service said: the breach of privacy trumps all other headaches. Perhaps there are issues with the coherency of the index marker of the database brought on by the removal of as old users from the system - how many index markers are used?
