I need to implement Logo's V8 and TDE module for a client.

There are two different situations:

1. Two machines that runs linked, each one with a Logo, that work with by network functions.

2. Another machine has a Logo. A TDE will stay in an office.

My question is: what is the maximum lenght for a standard Siemens patch cable for these situations?

A figure shows what I am saying.

Depending of this limit, I will think about some ways that I have seen in this forum.

From the specification of LOGO! TDE the maximum cable lenght is 30 Meter

You solved one of my doubts.

Now I need only to know about the patch cable lenght btween two Logo's. I have read that the lenght must be up to 10 meters. I don´t know if it is correct.
