hope your project was completed successfully and yo managed the commissioning of the S120.

I'm planning to do the exact same upgrade on my VMC and I have few doubts that can result in expensive mistakes .

How was the migration of the PLC software from 802 to 828? Any major problem?

What software is required to commissioning 828d with Sinamics S120?

I suspect the NC setup was done all in manumatic fashion, it that correct?

Were you able to reuse the profibus PP72/48D or have to upgrade to profinet PP72/48 PN?

I hope you can shed some light on some of the issues you encountered.
