Sinumerik 820T: M19 available, but not functional

AutoGen_3666945 Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	We have a CNC lathe (hahn&kolbe orion PD 300) with sinumerik 820T controller. everything indicates that the machine has the M19 option, but when I type the M19, nothing happens and I don't know why. I have attached pictures that show that the machine has the M19 option. Thank you very much ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Sinumerik 820T, NC 2000 "ORD 1 NOT AUS" fault.
