Currently I'm using Tia Portal V15.1 and unable to open Program Block.

There is a message popped up saying internal error related with Automation License Manager.

There was no problem on Automation License Manager.

Would you please help how to rectify this issue.

you might have to install ALM V6.2, since V6.0 was not released for Windows 11.
You can download the newest version here:

Also, since there seem to be problems with the newest Windows 11 Updates you should install the ALM as described in this FAQ under "A) ALM service disrupted by Windows update KB5058411":

I've done as per guidance on Microsoft Patches/Updates on WinCC (TIA Portal) stations - ID: 109749283 - Industry Support Siemens 

Uninstalled previous version ALM V6.0 and deleted the directory as needed

However, I'm facing when installing the ALM V6.2. There is error message prompt as per attached photo.

Would seek help from anyone on how to install ALM V6.2

I have restarted windows few times, the problem still persists.

Is there any prerequisites to be installed Automation License Manager V6.2 prior installation to V6.2 SP3 ?

After followed the instructions to delete value on windows registry as needed, I able to install the ALM V6.2
