Hello All,

I am looking for a manual(s) that would be able the assist me through setting up and programming my safety system. Specifically, the controller I am using is the 1515F-2 PN in Tia Portal. The safety program will use E-stops and limit switches as physical inputs to control the usable outputs.

I am new to safety programming so if any additional reference material comes to mind that you think might help me out, a link would be greatly appreciated.

The Safety software that allows you to program Safety Functions on a S7-1500 F-CPU is Simatic Safety v13 (SP1 in this case). Here is a link to the manual:

The Safety instructions are described in Ch13, both in LAD and FBD (the only languages used in Safety programs), if that is all you want to study. But the complete manual should be of interest to you if you are planning to develop a Safety program.
